Orders ship within 3 business days from Miami. All orders ship tracked. US orders typically arrive in 3 to 6 business days, international in 7 to 14 business days depending on destination.

Packaging

Paintings ship in rigid mailers with corner protection. Sculptures ship in custom foam. Every package is insured.

Returns

14 day return window from delivery on unopened pieces. Custom and commissioned pieces are final sale. To start a return email fly@flymiami.art with your order number.

Damages

If anything arrives damaged, email photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace or refund immediately.
