Miami Beach · 2025 · The first Argentine artist on Lincoln Road

FLY on Lincoln Road

The story of UnityBeak and Proud Love, the two public installations that turned a Pride summer into a cultural moment.

In 2025, the City of Miami Beach and Lincoln Road commissioned FLY to install UnityBeak and Proud Love, the first public sculptures by an Argentine artist on the road. Together they drew hundreds of thousands of visitors during Miami Pride and were covered by AP News, NBC6, Time Out Miami, Yahoo, Lincoln Road official, and dozens of national and international outlets.

The installations were temporary commissions from April 1 to July 1, 2025. They are no longer on Lincoln Road. UnityBeak now lives at the Normandy Fountain in Miami Beach (since April 27, 2026).

UnityBeak (Lincoln Road Fountain, 2025)

Two duck sculptures (5'3" each), Hope and Resilience, faced each other across the Lincoln Road fountain at 716 Lincoln Road. Approximately 14,000 rubber ducks total. Installed for Miami Pride 2025 (April 1 to July 1). A smaller version was later created in Florence and won the Fourth Prize in Installation Art at the XV Florence Biennale. Read the curatorial essay and full venue history.

Proud Love (850 Lincoln Road, 2025)

A ten foot pink heart sculpture assembled from approximately 7,000 rubber ducks. Created for Miami Pride 2025. Covered by the AP News wire and distributed internationally to FOX, CBS, Yahoo News, TimeOut, and more. More about Proud Love and UnityBeak.
